Responsibilities
As an AI Engineer/Researcher at our company, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Conduct statistical modeling and data analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop innovative solutions to address data analytics challenges.
- Implement AI models, including Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Reinforcement Learning (RL), and Explainable AI (XAI).
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and researchers to integrate AI solutions.
- Plan and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with deadlines and quality standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science,Physics or a related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in Python or C/C++ programming.
- In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis, multivariate calculus, and linear algebra.
- Expertise in dataset preprocessing, Python libraries, such as NumPy and Pandas
- Strong knowledge of ML/DL frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/Keras, or PyTorch.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working on Horizon Europe R&D projects.
- Expertise in fields like:
- Handling large datasets
- High availability systems
- Databases (SQL, NoSQL, Timeseries, or Graph)
Knowledge of containerized application development.
