10 PhD positions in NEXTSCREEN (a joint Doctoral Network) – supported by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions

NEXTSCREEN is an interdisciplinary research project combining biophotonics, micromanipulation, machine learning and in vitro diagnostic technologies to characterize cells and bioparticles and screen large cellular populations.

The ultimate goal of this collaborative project is to initiate the development of diagnostics tools, that could be adopted in clinical settings on a large scale.

PhDs will be working in close collaboration with research groups, SMEs and large companies in Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Greece, Switzerland, with complementary know-how in high-resolution microscopy, high-precision microfluidics, biotechnologies, and deep-learning, that will facilitate the development of data-driven cells and bioparticle screening.
